Description: A traditional product, whose primary production dates back to the 16th century. The basic elements of this drink are obtained through the maceration and distillation of herbs and spices. In terms of flavour and aroma, aniseed is the predominant ingredient out of all the 11 herbs used. The product does not contain any sugar. It is recognised as being beneficial for digestion, but primarily has a positive effect on the upper airways. The choice of medicinal herbs has an undisputed impact on the physical and mental well-being of the consumer. This spirit can also be served as an aperitif on celebratory occasions.
